About the Role

The Paid Social Specialist will handle and coordinate Product Marketing activities for dental products and services to maximize market share, sales, and profitability in the US market. Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of paid social campaigns, from initial strategy and planning through to execution, optimization, and reporting. Development of new and enhancement of the existing marketing campaigns and tools. Identifying opportunities and gaps, working on feature requirements, and taking the role of Product Owner for related projects under development. Continuously reviewing the business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks for products and features. Using data analytics, knowledge and engagement of the business, and research to identify the necessary product requirements and features with delivery priority to generate the highest value to the company and customers. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Collaborate with leadership, service partners, and customers to drive the strategic roadmap and architectural design. Act as expert in digital field, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Benchmark the company performance to its competitors’ best practices and identify marketing opportunities where the company can stand out from the competition. Position brand through digital channels. Gather and supply market intelligence for Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and internal projects

Inside the Role: This position is responsible for handling and coordinating Product Marketing activities for dental products and services to maximize market share, sales, and profitability in the US market.

We Take Care of Our Team: Position offers an annual salary of $65,042.00.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a job offered or related position

  • Must have the following experience: experience with managing paid social media campaigns; experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), and Google Analytics; experience with launching and managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest; experience with setting up and configuring ad accounts, tracking pixels, and conversion events on all social media platforms; experience with utilizing advanced targeting techniques including demographic, interest-based, and behavioral targeting; experience with driving leads on social media platforms; experience with interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable insights; experience with leveraging tools and platforms for campaign management, analytics, and reporting, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics; and experience with conducting A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify the best-performing variations. Must have the following certifications: META Certified Media Planning Professional; and Pinterest Advertising Essentials.
